About the role
Our client is looking to fill the role of Sr. Clinicial Research Associate. Direct Hire: Sr. Clinical Research Associate Salary: $105-115k Location Preference - Western Canada Responsibilities: Conduct and manage clinical site monitoring activities. Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and study closeout visits. Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites. Identify and resolve site issues while supporting study timelines and objectives. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4-6yrs experience as a CRA within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment. Experience monitoring clinical trials PI-IV. Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and GCP guidelines. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory within Western Canada or throughout Canada as needed.
