Role Description The Medical Receptionist is a full-time, on-site position based in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, booking and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating with clinical staff to support patient flow. The Medical Receptionist also handles basic administrative duties such as processing forms, managing correspondence, and verifying patient information.
