Designing an experience allowing the 100 managers of the institution to explore new ways of collaborating to accelerate the strategic projects of their organization.
Services
Co-design of a two-day seminar with a team of managers representative of the future participants, followed by the facilitation of the event.
Results
14 teams working in parallel to accelerate the institution’s key projects and a transforming learning experience for the managers.
Project duration
Three months, from the co-design phase to the facilitation and debriefing of the seminar.
