AES Life Sciences is a Canadian biotechnology company developing innovative capillary electrophoresis solutions for protein characterization and biopharmaceutical analysis. Our integrated platform combines advanced instrumentation, proprietary reagents, and analytical workflows to help customers from early development through GMP quality control.

We're looking for a Solution Specialist who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and supporting cutting-edge analytical technologies

โ€ข Become a technical expert on AES products and applications.

โ€ข Understand customer workflows and recommend tailored analytical solutions.

โ€ข Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.

โ€ข Support the sales team throughout the sales process with technical expertise.

โ€ข Respond to technical inquiries and RFPs.

โ€ข Visit customer sites across North America for application support and training.

โ€ข Build strong relationships with customers and distribution partners.

โ€ข Gather customer feedback to support future product development.

โ€ข Provide post-sales application and technical support.

๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ช๐—ฒ'๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ

โ€ข Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences field.

โ€ข 1โ€“3 years of experience in field applications, technical sales, application support, or analytical instrumentation.

โ€ข Knowledge of protein biochemistry and protein characterization.

โ€ข Experience with chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, or related analytical techniques.

โ€ข Familiarity with analytical software such as Chromeleon, Empower, or similar platforms is an asset.

โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills.

โ€ข Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

โ€ข Ability to travel up to 30% within North America.
