About the role
AS A CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST (CST), you would be responsible and accountable for sorting, assembling, and handing surgical instruments and supplies throughout the preoperative period. Also, provides patient care and performs appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients and effectively interacts within patients, significant others, and other health care team workers while maintaining standards of care.
Qualifications
Graduate of approved Surgical Technology Program Previous perioperative experience preferred Surgical Technologist Certification required within 12 months of start date in the position Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of start in department/position Participate in department on call schedule
