Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Mondays 12:45-8:00 Tuesdays 6:45-2:00 Wednesdays 6:45-2:00 Thursdays 12:45-8:00 Alternating Fridays Mentorship and CE opportunities Compensation: We pay 40% on collections What you’ll do: Conduct dental examinations and assessments to evaluate patients’ oral health and support the development of appropriate, patient-centered treatment plans. Provide general dental care for patients of all ages — including preventive, restorative, and basic surgical procedures — while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to support restorative and minor surgical treatments. Perform restorations (fillings), simple extractions, and other routine procedures within your scope of practice, with guidance and mentorship available for more complex cases. Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term maintenance strategies to promote lifelong dental health. Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation using the dental software system. Participate in mentorship and continuing education opportunities to build confidence, expand your skill set, and grow as a practitioner within a supportive family practice environment.
